If we let our mind give us a hard time we sabotage ourselves with unhelpful emotions and self-limiting beliefs, damaging our overall well-being.

Our brains are designed to constantly evaluate risk and danger - remember all those events when we felt uncomfortable or unsafe? So it is no surprise that this pre-programming dictates our behaviour.  As we let our mind dictate negativity, this affects the way we feel about ourselves, the way we behave with others and can prevent us from reaching our goals in life.  

The way to move away from unhelpful emotions such as "I'm not good enough" and "I can't do that" to thinking positively is to understand your own 'onion layers' and learn effective ways to manage your emotional reactions. You are able to change this by understanding what drives this, which is your emotions and beliefs system.

I listen to your personal situation and we talk about how tapping therapy may help with the unhelpful emotions and limiting beliefs specific]to you. You may not know what you are feeling and that is ok too. 

I will gently help you to unravel things and start seeing what it is you need to be thinking about. By using my advanced training I will guide you gently through this fully individual process, that allows you to easily connect to your feelings. This means you start to understand why you feel or behave the way you do - to change your belief or feeling from a limiting one to an empowering one - and allows you to move forward. 

At the end of each session, we work on an effective tapping tool for you, one technique which you take away and use in your own time so you feel the way you want to feel - every day. 

I do like to meet clients first of all so we can get to know each other face to face. However, we are able to work together over Skype, please choose whichever suits you best.

Appointment Notes

  1. Tapping Therapy Appointments are from £90 for a full one hour session.

  2. Appointments take place in my wellness studio in Surbiton, Richmond or online via Skype or Zoom.

  3. Optimal Vitality has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

  4. If cancellation is received on the day of the appointment and unless it is under extenuating circumstances, the appointment fee will be charged.
